Removable Room is a mobile artlab series in which projects are activated on location over a defined time frame. For some of the projects we have been able to explore presentation in nontraditional and disused spaces— a shopping centre concourse, a loading dock, a greenhouse— and wherever possible the final performance is broadcast to the net.

| For Send + Receive we made a temporary sound and image environment in the project room at Ace Art and the stairway leading up to the space. During a three-hour performance that was streamed to the net we transformed location recordings into a four speaker sound field, and sonified objects we found in Winnipeg using a metal coatrack as a resonating frame. | ||||||||
